Greetings Everyone:

Cold temperatures in South Florida this morning have everyone scrambling for their favorite jackets and sweaters. It’s a nice change,  but many South Florida residents prefer balmy over frigid.

So here are some really exciting announcements, and updates about the mastermind group that is currently forming.

First and foremost thanks to so many of you that attended the recent Zoom session. You had lots of great feedback that led to some really great developments.

Since the announcement about the Advocates Board Room was made a few short months ago, more than 40 qualified and experienced attorneys throughout FLN, and beyond, have expressed interest in participating in a powerful mastermind group with other law firm owners.

However, due to lots of reasons, and after getting lots of feedback, input and insight from dozens of law firm owners, we are very happy to present a concept that provides the best of both worlds.

We are going to divide this Mastermind concept into 2 powerful components:

1. Regular Active Board Members will participate in weekly Zoom calls for one hour with groups of 6 to 10 other law firm owners to discuss the best strategies, ideas and techniques that help them become more productive, profitable and accountable.

This is a very proven concept, and ensures much greater results than haphazardly proceeding on your own. Undoubtedly, we can go much farther together, but individually we are limited.

2. Live – In-Person – as demand and schedules permit – 2 – Day Retreats will be hosted 2 or 3 times per year, and folks that would like to participate can pay for them independently when their busy schedules permit.

I am confident, that providing this concept in this format will now open this opportunity to many more of you to really benefit from the powers and effectiveness of masterminding with fellow law firm owners on a regular basis.
