What is a MasterMind group?

In his world renown book – “Think and Grow Rich!” – Napoleon Hill writes that whenever two or more minds come together for a common purpose an additional “Master Mind” is created.

The true definition from “Think and Grow Rich!” states that the Master Mind may be defined as:

“Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

How does the [FLN – MasterMind] Work?

  • The [FLN – MasterMind] groups will be structured as follows:
  • Qualified and experienced attorneys that own a law practice will meet via Zoom twice per month for a 2 hour session to collaborate, brainstorm and help each other succeed;
  • During the [FLN – Master Mind] session, each Attorney/business- owner will get a chance to present his or her challenges, goals and objectives, while getting input from the other members.
  • Between the monthly sessions, group members will actively interact via email, chat, telephone, to discuss their progress.
  • Accountability creates results. Group members hold each other accountable to help each member achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • No more than 5 qualified attorneys in different areas of practice will be selected to participate in each [FLN – Master Mind] group.
  • The sessions will be extremely confidential to give all participants the opportunity to really discuss matters thoroughly and comfortably.

Selection Process
  • Qualified and interested attorney/business owners will be asked to submit an application for consideration.
  • Applicants do not have to be an [FLN – Chpater Member], but [FLN – Chapter Members] will be given priority.
  • Depending on how much “value and benefit” a candidate can provide will have a great bearing in the selection process.

Please note that due to limited capacity, not all applications may be approved, but we will try and accommodate everyone as best we can.

The [FLN – MasterMind] groups will be a great opportunity for fellow attorneys/business owners to meet on a regular basis to help each other succeed.
