First and foremost, 2022 is already flying by.
We are now towards the end of the 5th month of the year, and I am very fired up about the energy and excitement throughout FLN.
More and more FLN Members are connecting, and lots more candidates are looking to join an FLN Chapter throughout the community. Attendance in most FLN Chapters continues to rise, but some FLN Chapters need a little more “energy” so stay tuned as we start to shake things up a bit.
My true mission with all these ideas and programs is to find and implement ideas and programs that will help the legal community become better by creating structured programs.
Our Board Members just returned from the second two day retreat this year, and the results have been amazing.
In fact, the results are so incredible that I am more dedicated and committed to expanding this concept even further to help more and more law firm owners benefit.
Have you ever thought . . . . .
Are the people that I am spending the most time with – helping my law firm succeed? or do they just take up time on your calendar without much benefit?
I don’t mean your staff, or the friends and family that you socialize with, but those people can also make a difference.
I mean . . . . . .
Do you really have a core group of like-minded law firm owners that you connect with on a regular basis to share ideas, strategies, concepts, and resources on the best and most efficient ways to make things happen?
Do you have a core group of people that you connect with regularly that will support you, guide you, and help you to the next level of your business?
Sure you might compare notes with a few colleagues here and there… but have you really ever truly thought about stepping back and really seeing the big picture of where you want to go, and how you want to get there?
Or do you just keep working on the same clients and cases – everyday to ensure you can pay rent, and make the upcoming payroll?
Does your law business really provide you with the financial resources to live a big, wonderful, extraordinary life where you only represent the best clients all of the time?
My role in this process is to continue to educate you about the enormous benefits of participating in a structured mastermind group.
Your role is to evaluate the concept, and to determine if this really makes sense.
I suppose like most things that we encounter you could easily allow these valuable opportunities to slip by . . . . .
What if this “crazy” attorney that had the determination and vision to start and implement FLN over the last decade is right about this mastermind concept?
Could he really be right that joining this mastermind group could make a difference?
Trust me I have seen how these groups work over the last 10 years, and there was always something lacking. And like my parents always said – if you don’t like how something is – then don’t moan and complain – do something about it.
What if this mastermind concept really is a great idea?
What if participating in a mastermind group with other like-minded law firm owners could really provide the answers, the ideas, the strategies, to overcome some of these headaches, challenges, and issues?
What if the mastermind group could actually help improve the quality of my personal and professional life?
And here is something very interesting . . .
If you never really explore new ideas or strategies, then things rarely change, and you can guarantee 2 things:
1. Nothing will ever change until you are committed to exploring new ways to make things happen; and
2. You will never really know what you have missed until you give it a try.
Like I said – my role in this process is to educate as many law firm owners about this powerful concept as I can . . . .
Your role is to evaluate the program for yourself, or another law firm owner that you know, to see if it really makes sense.
Plus – we have now made it easier than ever to learn more about the program.
