Greetings Everyone:

Just returned earlier this week from the recent Advocates Board Room Mastermind retreat in Orlando, and it was truly awesome.

It was meaningful, substantive, productive, and effective.

Against very significant odds and uncertainty, a dedicated group of law firm owners joined us for this powerful mastermind retreat and will now become the Founding Members of the Advocates Board Room as another powerful vision starts to develop.

The FLN – core mission remains the same, and that is to continuously find and implement new and better ways to provide “value and benefit” to the legal community throughout Florida and beyond.

At the Waldorf, the food was amazing, the rooms were top-notch, and the service was unapparelled, but most of all this solid group of law firm owners that truly made it an exceptional experience.

Over a month ago, it looked like we might have to reschedule, but thankfully this core group was determined to proceed, and their resolve and determination helped us host a really great event.

We talked about long-term goals, mid-range goals, and goals that everyone was committed to achieving in the next 12 weeks before the next retreat on May 11-13, 2022 – Orlando, FL.

The results and format of this weekend, were the results of many years of research, planning, and developing as the concept finally came to fruition.

As you can imagine, this was a significant undertaking, but undoubtedly the results that we experienced this past weekend are a great reminder why risks and challenges must often be taken to create extraordinary results.

So, I promise, if you are a law firm owner, and you looking to improve personally, professionally, and financially by surrounding yourself with some great minds and personalities, I encourage you to learn more about this concept.

Remember, I am very deliberate and thoughtful in many of the ideas and features that we present, and it really takes me a long-time to research things before I will bring them to your attention, but this is one project that I am certain will have a profound effect on the members that participate.

Thomas Edison once said, that “if we only did what we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves.”

Also, after getting lots of input, feedback and insight from our Founding Members of the Advocates Board Room, each Board Room (i.e. Group – Cohort) will be category exclusive.

That means, we are only planning to accept only one law firm owner in each area of practice in each market in each Board Room. This ensures members can freely discuss their marketing, operations, hiring, and financials without hesitation of other law firm owners in the same area of practice, in the same market. Your market is where most of your clients come from. Certain exceptions may be permitted, but that is the general rule to follow.

As such, we currently have a waiting list for the initial membership in the Advocates Board Room in the following areas of practice:

Business Law

Family Law

Immigration Law

Insurance Law

Personal Injury Law

Insurance Disability Law

If you practice in these areas, but your market area is different, then you may still be eligible for membership, but your application will need to be evaluated further.
